Statement of Non-Hosting & Third-Party Content

MLBBite does not host, upload, encode, transmit, or store any video, audio, or broadcast media files on its servers.

All media players, audiovisual content, and broadcast signals referenced or linked on this platform are hosted on external, third-party web servers that are entirely outside the control, operation, or influence of MLBBite. When users click outbound links or view indexed listings, they interact with third-party service providers. For copyright claims related to direct media hosting, please direct notices to the appropriate hosting provider or originating source.

How to Submit a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that material or links indexed on MLBBite infringe upon your copyrighted works, you must provide a formal written notification containing all the following elements:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the specific material or link claimed to be infringing, including exact URL(s) on MLBBite where the material is located so we can identify and remove or disable access to it.
4. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit our designated agent to contact you, including your full legal name, company name (if applicable), physical mailing address, telephone number, and an active email address.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you posted or indexed was removed or disabled due to an infringement notice and you believe this occurred as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification to our Designated Agent. A valid counter-notification must contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent court in your location, or for any jurisdiction in which the service provider may be found.
